Consent Clause
According to article 6 para. 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of recruitment.
Information Part
In accordance with art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is PW Sękpol SJ, Lech Kukorowski, Ludwik Chomicz, ul. Słubicka 50, 69-220 Ośno Lubuskie,
2) Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of current and future recruitments - according to article 6 para. 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the Labor Code of June 26, 1974.
3) Your personal data will be stored for the recruitment period
4) You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time
5) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
6) Providing personal data is obligatory based on legal regulations and is voluntary in the remaining scope
7) Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will take place on the terms set out in the recruitment regulations, the consequence of such processing will be contact with selected candidates only.
Information clause in the newsletter
In accordance with art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is PW Sękpol SJ, Lech Kukorowski, Ludwik Chomicz, ul. Słubicka 50, 69-220 Ośno Lubuskie,
2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter in accordance with article 6 para. 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
3) Your personal data will be stored until you request removal from the subscription
4) You have the right to request access to personal data from the administrator, the right to rectify then, to their removal or to limit their processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data
5) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
6) Providing personal data is voluntary.
Information clause for hotel clients
In accordance with art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is PW Sękpol SJ, Lech Kukorowski, Ludwik Chomicz, ul. Słubicka 50, 69-220 Ośno Lubuskie,
2) Your personal data will be processed in order to use tourist services - pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
3) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities participating in the provision of services.
4) your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years
5) you have the right to request access to personal data from the administrator, the right to rectify them, delete them or limit their processing and the right to transfer data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
7) providing personal data as a condition of concluding the contract
