Sports massage is an intense massage. It removes body’s tiredness that can be a result of increased physical activity. It prepares your body also for the next extreme physical effort and can take few different forms. Based on the type of physical activity, we offer:
* pre-exertion sports massage (starting). It prepares the contestant’s body perfectly for the physical activity.
* inter-exertion massage (regenerative). A massage performer during intervals between physical activity (e.g.: between matches, start in a competition, etc.). Its purpose is to maintain high physical activity in a particular period of time.
* after-exertion massage (training). After performance of this massage, the period of body’s regeneration shortens after long-lasting increased physical activity.
* complementary sports massage (physical fitness). Its purpose is to support the sports training.
The sports massage differs from classical massage mostly by the intensity and pressure strength, which is a result of necessity to warm the muscles.
